My passion for traveling and medicine started in my
late teens when I helped staff a medical clinic in rural
West African.  Throughout the years , the gypsy in
me continues to discover new lands and the best ways
to stay healthy in them! Here you will find some of my
favorites.  I am also available to assemble customized kits
