It is upsetting when I hear about a friend or acquaintance or anyone who has been sick for several weeks because they weren't sure how to treat themselves, didn't want to 'bother' me, or didn't think the situation warranted a visit to their doctor.
So here is my attempt to remedy the situation: the $25 buck, 15-minute consult. Ideal for use for the following situations:
- If you want some recommendations or simple product suggestions for coughs, colds, sore throat, minor bladder or yeast infections, stomach aches, mystery ailments, cold sores
- If you've bought products at the healthfood store and don't know what dosage to take
- If you are presented with a bunch of options and need an natural expert opinion
- If you have an issue or symptoms that you have questions about but don't think your conventional doc would consider important or know what to do
